Certified Food Safety Manager certificates must have a current date effective July 1, 2018 per FDA Food Code.  A Serv-Safe Refresher Class will be offered in Enfield on 8/29/18, with a deadline of 8/17/18 for registration and 10/23/18 with a registration deadline of 10/9/18.
