Certified Food Safety Manager certificates must have a current date effective 1/1/19 per FDA Food Code.  A Serv-Safe Refresher Class will be offered in Enfield on 10/23/18, registration deadline 10/9/18 and a Full 2-Day Serv-Safe Class October 10/17/18 & 10/24/18, registration deald line - 10/3/18.
